Changing higher education means getting people to change their act
Change processes in higher education by definition include the importance of changing the actions of individuals. A well-thought through, but flexible and nuanced mechanism for change is an important instrument for change agents.
This masterclass provides an intertwined combination of learning and creating your own mechanism for change. The content of this session is based on the theoretically and empirically founded ways of working as presented in the recently published book ‘Creating a Desire for Change in Higher Education’ (Oct 2022, Bloomsbury Academic).
Each participant is requested to bring their own potential topic for change of your own higher education work setting to the masterclass.
